The Sun City Fire Department's goal is to provide the
citizens of the community with as wide a range of programs in fire, medical,
and healthcare as possible. An example of this commitment is the blood pressure
screening program. This is a highly successful program, which provides over
2,500 screenings to the citizens of Sun City and Youngtown annually. This
program allows the public the opportunity to visit any of the department's
three fire stations on the first and third Saturday of each month to receive a
free blood pressure screening provided by members of your fire department. The
department will also provide you with a written history of your pressures and
dates the screenings were administered.
