PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETINGS

 

 

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Governing Board of the Sun City Fire District pursuant to , A.R.S. 38-431.09, hereby gives notice that it will hold its regular meetings on the following dates, at the following time and place:

 

 

DATE:     3rd Tuesday of each month

 

PLACE:  Fire District Meeting Room, 18602 North 99th Avenue

 

TIME:     9:30 A.M.

 

Notices and Agendas of such meetings will be posted at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting at:

 

·         District Administrative Office, 18602 North 99 th Avenue, Sun City, AZ

·         District Fitness Center, 12207 N. 112th Avenue, Youngtown, AZ

·         Fire Station 131, 17017 North 99 th Avenue, Sun City, AZ

·         Fire Station 132, 11401 North 99 th Avenue, Sun City, AZ

·         Fire Station 133, 13013 North 111th Avenue, Sun City, AZ

 

Copies of agendas for regular meetings, special meetings, workshop meetings and executive sessions may be obtained at:

 

·         District Administrative Office, 18602 North 99 th Avenue, Sun City, AZ

 

The respective agenda will be available to the public at such location not less than 24 hours prior to a meeting, unless the meeting covers an emergency as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02.

 

Executive sessions may be held by the Governing Board Meeting as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.03.  Notice of the executive sessions will also be posted at the posting place 24 hours prior to meeting unless the meeting covers an emergency as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02.

 

The Governing Board reserves the right to hold special meetings at times and places other than mentioned above.  Notice of time and place of any special meeting will be posted at the posting place as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02.

 

If any disabled person needs any type of accommodation, please notify the Fire District Office at (623) 974-4977 at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled time.

 

This notice shall be effective for the period commencing the date hereof and terminating the date a superseding notice is filed with the Board of Supervisors and posted at the place of posting mentioned above.
